About the Role

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an engaged process operator for a longer-term temporary position at their facility in Kumla. Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the operation of incineration plants and associated equipment.
• Perform rounds and carry out ongoing maintenance of the facility.
• Work actively in process computer systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in both operations and maintenance to solve emerging problems.
• Ensure that laws, regulations, and safety instructions are strictly followed.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a basic technical understanding who thrives in industrial environments. You may have a background in industry, a technical education, or you might be at the beginning of your career and eager to grow into the role of an operator. What matters most is not your exact education, but that you have a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn how industrial processes work.

As a person, you are responsible and meticulous; you understand the importance of following routines and never compromise on safety. Since the work involves close collaboration with colleagues, you are a team player appreciated for your flexibility and ability to communicate clearly. You are curious, unafraid of challenges, and motivated to put your knowledge into practice to ensure a stable production flow.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• Driver's license (Class B) and access to your own car.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Basic technical understanding through education or work experience.
• Safety-conscious.

Merits:

• Experience working as an operator in industry or production.
• Experience working at chemical process plants or with monitoring systems.
• Experience with various types of IT or control systems.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Fixed-term contract via Cleverev Bemanning.
• Working hours: Continuous 5-shift (includes day, evening, night, and weekends).
• Location: Kumla.
• Salary: According to collective agreement (GFL).
